Gates of Disorder

Gates of Disorder

Seventeen-year-old Codan is no hero—at least, not like his murdered father was. For two years, he has hidden from the dangerous magic of Crystallum, knowing that those who wield it are hunted by the religious Moderatus and taken from their families. His mother’s warnings are constant: stay hidden, stay safe. But Codan’s carefully maintained silence shatters when his best friend, Katherine, reveals she’s been secretly practising Crystallum on the eve of the Moderatus’s next visit.

The forces that arrive, however, are not the true Moderatus. They are led by Lord Fuge—the fanatic who murdered Codan’s father—now commanding an army of Crystallum-animated corpses. Fuge hunts for two things: a mysterious orb of resurrection, and the amnesiac girl Codan calls a friend—Lilith. When Katherine’s power is exposed, Fuge seizes her as a living key to crack open the Gates of Disorder and resurrect an ancient god.

To save her, Codan must finally defy his mother and unleash his own Crystallum abilities—powers he has never learned to control. Wielding them threatens to consume his mind, levelling what remains of his home, and repeating his father’s fate. But hiding means abandoning Katherine to a madman and dooming the world to a resurrected deity. With his village in ashes and only the unpredictable Lilith at his side, Codan must choose: cling to the shadows of his father's legacy, or redefine what it means to be a hero before Fuge’s ritual is complete.

Gates of Disorder 2

Although Gates of Disorder can be enjoyed as a stand alone novel, there is more to the story. Codan, Katherine, and Lilith have all changed, and their paths are set to be winding, and dangerous.

The next installment—working title: Legends Never Die—is set a few months after the battle in the Wastes. Fuge may be gone, but evil lngers. Woodbourne has rebuilt, but a dark shadow has grown with it.

The first draft is complete, and the stage is set for a memorable, and emotional finale. Sign up to my newsletter for updates.

Echoes of the Nameless

Echoes of the Nameless

When a man wakes in a burning laboratory with no memory and a dying scientist at his feet, survival leaves him only one option: take the man’s lab coat, keycard—and the name stitched inside. Didymus.

That stolen identity makes him a target. A militarized regime pulls him from the wreckage for interrogation, while a second, more secretive force hunts him on behalf of a rumored AI known only as Mother. Caught between them, Didymus becomes both prisoner and prize—trapped on a moonbase where no one sees him as human, only useful or dangerous.

His sole ally is Faith, the brilliant and defiant daughter of the scientist tasked with unlocking his fractured mind. When her father implants a neural chip into Didymus’s brain, Faith realizes he isn’t just hiding lost memories—he’s concealing something powerful enough to get them all killed. Their escape ends in disaster, leaving them stranded on the poisoned surface of Earth III, hunted by forces willing to burn worlds to claim him.

To survive, Didymus must uncover why his memories were erased—and decide whether remembering who he truly is will save humanity…or turn him into the very weapon they’re desperate to control.
